Push On Hose Fittings |
 |
Hy-Lok push-on hose fittings are used in many applications across industries. The push-on hose fitting design eliminates the need for clamps and allows them to be re-useable. Standard configurations include straight connectors, elbows, and unions with end connections in male NPT, female NPT, Hy-Lok tube stub, and Hy-Lok tube fitting.
Hy-Lok push-on hose is available in standard sizes of 1/4", 3/8” and 1/2". Hose color is blue with options for red, black, yellow, and green. Working pressure is 300 PSI. |

PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy) Tubing |
 |
PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy) offers similar properties to FEP, but is considered more of a premium resin. PFA is preferred when extended service is required in hostile environments involving chemical, thermal, and mechanical stress. PFA tubing offers high melt strength, stability at high processing temperatures, excellent crack and stress resistance, a low coefficient of friction, and more than 10 times the Flex life of FEP. It has high resistance to creep and retention of properties after service at 500°F (260°C), with useful properties at -320°F (95°C). PFA tubing also meets FDA 21CFR.177.1550. |

B-COR & BB-COR are extruded from PTFE Teflon®; Dupont's T62 resin. These hoses are constructed with a true I.D. which offer superior flow rates than nomial I.D. hose designs. Coreflex utilizes a thick tube of Teflon® for superior flexibility/durablility. Hose assemblies are full vacuum rated.
Available sizes: 1/8" - 1/2" I.D.(inside diameter)
BX-COR & BXB-COR are extruded from PTFE Teflon® Dupont's T62 resin. This is a patented designed product which offers an extremely flexible smoothbore PTFE hose with a stainless braid. The true I.D. design offers more superior flow rates than nomial I.D. hose designs. Coreflex utilizes a thick tube of Teflon® for superior flexibility/durablility. Hose assemblies are full vacuum rated.
Available sizes: 1/4" - 1" I.D.(inside diameter)
Benefits for Coreflex's true i.d. hose
Greater Flow rates per given size
Fitting dimensions can be manufactured to perfectly match the dimensions of the respective tube size. This minimizes pressure change (drop) at the point where fitting stem meets the connected equipment.
Fittings can be machined with a straight-through bore. They don't have to be 'stepped' down to be inserted into the tube. Straight through bore design eliminates questions about entrapment, cleanibility, etc. Flow rate is kept to a maximum. Ultra Pure Ideal for even the most demanding analytical sampling or production process transfer lines. Imparts no taste, smell or color. Compatible wth almost everything!
Chemically Inert The most chemically compatible material known to man; totally non-corroding and non-oxidizing
Non-Stick Maximizes flow. Easily conveys sticky/viscous fluids. Cleans easily and assuredly.
Non-Aging Unaffected by time, weather or UV radiation. Will not age in service.
Temperature Rated -100°C (-73°F) to + 500°C (+260°F) Handles repeated autoclave operations; ideal for steam or hot oil applications. Handles ultraviolet radiation or other sterilization methods.
Non-Absorbent Teflon's® surface minimizes the absorption of materials such as color extracts, essential oils or proteins. The tube does not discolor. Moisture absorption: <0.01% Non-corroding and non- oxidizing

| A full range of fittings are available for Coreflex hoses. Design options let you connect directly... without the need for adaptors, thus minimizing the number of connections, potential leak paths, and costs. Sanitary fittings are machined from type 316L stainless steel or Teflon®/glass; all other fittings are type 316 or 316L stainless steel material. Crimp ferrules are 316 stainless steel. Sanitary fittings internal surfaces exceed US Pharmacopoeia Class VI, FDA, USDA and 3A surface in Ra finish requirements for smoothness. All sanitary fittings are available electropolished; many common-use sizes are stocked electropolished. |
